Who I work with

I work with adults who feel anxious, overwhelmed, burnt out, or stuck in roles that no longer leave room for them.

Fifteen free minutes. Let's have a coffee.

Is this you?

Room for the honest stuff

Professionals, business owners, parents. You might come to me when:

  • anxiety keeps your mind going long after the day is done

  • burnout has been building for years

  • a life transition has changed the shape of your days

  • you've lost sight of your identity outside of work and family

Parents raising a neurodivergent child

You're raising a neurodivergent child. Parenting a child with exceptional needs is a road I'm on too.

Adults with a later-in-life diagnosis

You're exploring ADHD or autism, or were diagnosed later in life. I was diagnosed with ADHD at 42.

A season of change

You're moving through a big life change, a loss, or a season where you no longer recognize yourself.

Whether you're craving rest, connection, confidence, or simply a deeper trust in yourself, our work will meet you where you are and help you build a life that feels like yours.

Does this sound familiar?

9 PM

The kids are finally down, and you’re back at the kitchen table with the laptop open, jaw tight before you’ve read the first email.

AFTER WORK

You pull into the garage and sit there with the engine off, hands still on the wheel.

11 PM

Your phone buzzes on the nightstand and your shoulders are up by your ears before you’ve even looked.

THE SHOWER

The only place nobody needs anything from you, so you stay in until the hot water runs out.
