A journal that listens, and writes back.

Bridge the gap between sessions, or start before you're ready for sessions at all.

A new prompt from me every week, and a reflection back on every entry you write.

Free 15 minutes, let's have a coffee.

A session is one hour out of a 168-hour week.

The rest of the week is where life actually happens.

It's for the Tuesday at 11 pm when the house finally goes quiet and everything you swallowed that day shows up at once.

The notebook in the drawer

There's a notebook somewhere in your house with a really nice cover.

You wrote in it, too. People forget that part.

Then you closed it, and nothing came back.

Most journaling stalls because nothing answers. A good next question keeps the thread going, and a few lines turn into something worth coming back to.

How it works

1. Each week works like a session spread over seven days: one prompt from me, to sit with all week.

2. You write on your own time, in your own space, as slow as you need.

3. I read every entry and write back within 24 hours.
